I use Braze to help organize my customer data all in one place that my team can leverage to execute our marketing and data operations. Braze allows my team to build complex segmentations for multichannel marketing programs and data analysis quickly and easily. Their integration across a wide variety of additional platforms allows us to get the most from our data.

Braze provides me and my team access to set up user communications quickly allowing us to launch initial programs and then test channel mix, frequency, messaging and promotions. This has greatly lead to us being able to make measurable improvements to new user acquisition and onboarding, improving customer engagement, product adoption and overall driving increases in LTV and revenue. We're able to make strategic recommendations on new segmentations, canvas branching flows, and build analytics dashboards to allow for data driven decision making.
Braze hit on a lot of the needs from easy of data integration and ingestion, segmentation, automation flows, compliance documentation, as well as working with me to make it financially possible to be set up for success. Some of the other platforms offer more flexibility but also deeper technical knowledge, Braze is a great partner for teams that want to move quickly but also have finite resources.
