Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

We use BQE Core to track our projects, timesheets, invoicing, expenses on projects, obtaining reports, and many other things. The only issue that we have come across since we have started using BQE Core is the website is sometimes really slow loading.

I gave it this rating because although it is user friendly, if you do not have adequate training you will not understand the software.
They seem to answer any questions that we have had thus far.
There is always room for improvement. I gave an 8 because we haven't had really any issues with the program itself other than the slow loading of the website.
