Our team uses Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud as a Customer data platform and a digital marketing tool. It enables us to provide rich information and insights that could help us to have a more accurate customer personalization and targeting. It significantly improved our efficiency and helped us reach our engagement KPIs.

We are happy with the way that the Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud team supports our organization for two years already. One suggestion though is to have a local/regional (Southeast Asia) single point of contact wherein we can talk to that person in real-time. The timezone difference is not a hindrance but is nice to be improved for more efficiency.

It can support multiple roles such as Data Scientist, Tech, Finance, not limited to Marketing. It has a wide range of features. For instance, reports extractions, dashboard monitoring, Campaign execution, targeting, personalization, integrations, data import, customer behavior tracking to name a few.
