Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We're using Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud to build reusable components. It to make sure that the user can build pages easier. We are using search and all out of the box solutions that we can use, like boosting, redirecting, and blocking of certain words on search.

Pros

  • Reusable components
  • Documentation
  • Boosting of products
  • Redirecting

Cons

  • Bloomreach experience manager is buggy
  • Better documentation with more example
  • The website is not yet live
  • It might be a good ROI for the business.
  • I think they want to use it everywhere
My experience is great with bloomreach, overall they are a great product but I know it needs to be improved more since it seems to be heavy, buggy.
This is my first time using bloomreach so I'm really excited about the other products.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud gets the job done. This is my first time using Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud and I enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend it.
