We need a flexible e-commerce solution that's easy for our internal users to manage, integrates with a wide range of 3rd party apps, and most importantly can provide a fantastic experience for our customers. We sell in multiple regions around the globe and need the flexibility to manage and serve our stores to different regions, currencies, customer groups, and product portfolios.

Every criterion we evaluated against BigCommerce either won outright or held its own. What got us over the line was the incredible personal support at every step of the way from onboarding and implementation through to BAU. I had a support ticket this morning which I resolved over their fantastic live chat within about 8 minutes! BigCommerce also had by far the most robust roadmap for future use, and they have teams who engage with customers when building new features and functionality - I feel like part of the family!
