Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used them for real estate leads. In my opinion, the reviews looked great and they promised vetted opportunities. In my experience, they did not deliver what they promised, stopped sending anything and the few they sent weren't vetted clients. In my experience, they will then ignore your emails for support or a refund. In my opinion, their contract is simply a form filled with all of the ways you can't pursue them and how many many things you have to forfeit. I think there is clearly a reason why that would be what they care about.
