Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
I use Articulate 360 to build instructional design for internal training.
Pros
- I would say the newest is the AI assistant. Of course it helps expedite the building of curriculum, but also I got to think the software itself is pretty intuitive and it's easy to look at. Especially I use Rise a lot and I feel like it just helps you build it along a lot faster.
Cons
- I would say Storyline in itself, there is a lot of action items and there is a lot to Storyline, so I think having a more clear software and database as well as the content library.
- I think it increases our productivity of our learning and development department to produce more content for our internal employees, which in return best serves our clients.
I primarily use Storyline and Rise withinn Articulate and I think using them separately just because they are so different, but Rise is really great for micro-learning, which comes up a lot with our employees who are wanting snapshot of training. And then Storyline is for building out macro-learning, which is for more investment in our internal employees.
I would say the higher quality for sure, specifically within the AI voiceovers that they have. They sound way more realistic versus robotic and that just creates a more engaging environment for our learner because they feel like an actual person is instructing them versus that robotic tone.
Not many. V is a product that has similar capabilities but nothing to the full extent of building courses like Storyline does.
