Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use this or designing quick easy eLearning. Mostly Articulate 360 Rise courses including videos and short quiz.

Pros

  • Provides aesthetically pleasing content quickly
  • Consistently in flow of content blocks
  • Incorporating video and scripting

Cons

  • I haven't used translating but translating to other languages
  • Moving blocks around and cutting and pasting content from one course to another.
  • In Articulate 360 review it makes it hard to see what exactly needs to be edited in Articulate 360 Rise because it shows the entire page. It would be nice to have a highlighter function to show exactly where the edit is needed.
  • More course enrollments due to the easy of uploading into a LMS
We use Articulate 360 Rise a lot and the Review platform to get stakeholder reviews. I haven't dove into the AI functionality or Reach.
It is super easy to use and with the review app for Articulate 360 Storyline and Articulate 360 Rise it makes it easy to capture edits.
It is the most known tool and the tool where most L+D professionals have the most experience.

Yes

Articulate 360 Rise is well suited for organizations with newer IDs who don't have much in-depth knowledge in building Articulate 360 Storyline files. It works well for IDs just coming into the L+D industry.
