Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I create learning and training materials and programs for my org.

Pros

  • Drag&drop and wide range of built -in templates to help streamline course development.
  • The ability to create responsive and mobile friendly content that can be accessed and navigate on various devices.
  • Offer a great asset library.

Cons

  • Enhance the ability to collaborate on a project.
  • Add version control
  • More in-depth tutorials and onboarding resources to help new users.
  • Expand the variety and customization options for templates and themes that could provide more design flexibility and help users to be able to create unique and branded e-learning.
  • Decreased training cost.
  • Scalability of training.
Due to the industry, I work in, AI isn't approved at this time. The only apps I use are Storyline and Rise. I often integrate content and quizzes build in Storyline into a Rise course.
It is not an approved feature with my company.
There is a learning curve for novice designers.

Articulate is well suited for creating interactive e-learning content that requires learner tracking for things like completion and knowledge transfer for quizzes and knowledge checks.

It is not well suited for presentations that needs to be stand-alone presentations outside of an LMS.
