Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I´m a consultant implementing Anaplan for Clients. Mostly FP&A but also did SPM, Workforce, Project financial planning, Tech Planning etc. Have 10 years experience och Anaplan

Pros and Cons

Pros

Good calculation engine
Flexible
Can handle poor data if org doesn´t have etl

Cons

Why is space an issue?
Would be good to see where modules are used...

Faster process
Better quality in forecast and actuals
Transparency

The plattform is very good but it´s kind of hard to learn in a way that you are good at it. How you use data kan be a problem and currently the native integration (Cloudworks is not impressive) ADO is being introduced at a high pricetag but seems to be working properly

Likelihood to Recommend

Rolling forecast is a very good used case for Anaplan. In my experience the combination of different use cases is what is adding the most value though. Supply chain to sales to marketing to workforce to Profit and loss etc.
