Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

The entire org uses the system. It allows us to quickly authorize agreements (internal & external), which has been essential particularly thru the pandemic.

Pros

  • Ease of use & pace
  • Simplicity to add the signatory lines & participants.
  • Gentle reminders are so nice.

Cons

  • Grouping of signatory items is sometimes not intuitive.
  • Need to have easier ways to delete/edit draft agreements.
  • Choice between encrypted & non-encrypted PDF pull-downs.
  • Speed
  • Ease of filing
  • Clarity of communication
Ease of support when you need it.
Generally straightforward, limited training needed!

DocuSign might be sexy, but it is cumbersome & expensive. Adobe Sign has been great for years.
Attempting to navigate digital agreements, both internally & externally, can be extremely challenging. Being able to corral signatures, particularly during COVID, has made this an invaluable tool!
