Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We currently use Adobe Sign for all of our major forms including Field Trips, Facility Requests, and Course Approval Forms. The staff members are asked to go to a website on our page at which point we they choose the applicable form. We built out our forms in Word, transitioned them to PDF, and dropped in the fields needed. The forms stayed familiar so users didn't revolt.

Support has been good however somewhat uneven across the board. I usually bring difficult questions to the table which can't be solved by a simple support document. Most L1 support engineers are helpful for the basics however I've found availability has been tough. Although support has been adequate, we get responses at off-work hours which is not ideal for the NE market.
Very easy to build out your forms and make them yours. Revision and review options make it easy to identify errors in an effort to clean up data.

DocuSign is a bit more robust as it allows you to create new forms. You don't have to rely on old paper to import. Also, they have the ability to take form data and populate it into a spreadsheet. Very useful.
One scenario is the organization of our Facility Request form. We identified all parties that are involved in signing out a room. Once we did that, all we needed to do was identify data on the form to completed by specific parties. Once that was done, we now had a request entry and timeline system. Staff members with specific roles were held accountable for not entering data into systems so that events could run. We were finally on auto-pilot and no forms were lost.
