Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly

Adobe Firefly is great for content creation for our Digital Signage screens around campus. The varied options when it comes to style and feel are second to none. I highly recommend this product ahead of other AI Image generation programs. You can couple this with any AI text generator to create text to image prompts for whatever you need. Our latest campaign was focussed on Cyber Security Awareness Month, Firefly did a great job at producing engaging content to very much elevate the points we were trying to get across.

Pros

  • Varied options when producing the final product
  • Amazing selection of styles
  • Very fast image production

Cons

  • Using referenced images, it usually creates the exact same composition. It would be nice to take that referenced image and produce something that uses it as an influence, but not recreate it.
  • The ability to upload a file of yourself, or another person and create content based on their features
  • Created stakeholder engagement
  • Afforded us less subscription costs to other programs
  • Increased knowledge within the organisation
The interface is very straightforward, it encourages you to experiment and play around with the output results. Both the mobile interface and computer interface of this product are easy to use, the language is understandable and it is super easy to jump in and get started. I appreciate the way Adobe pre-populates the fields for a new/first time user so they can get the hang of it quickly.
Adobe Firefly couples well with the other Adobe Apps we use for our organisation, so the overall subscription includes other products we can leverage. We find that FireFly produces the same, if not better results that it's AI competitors such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.

Firefly overall is a much more cost effective option for us.

We did a Christmas campaign where I got Adobe Firefly to produce some festive looking office portraits, I then took those results into Photoshop and blended in the real faces of people within our office. Firefly produces quick results, and lets you tailor the images precisely to what you want. Strongly recommend you to try it.
