Adobe Campaign helps up track our customer experience and makes email marketing easy to send out. The interface is modern and easy to navigate by even the least computer-savvy staff members! Given that digital marketing is on the rise, it's an excellent tool for any business wanting to expand their client base and for those who pride\ie themselves on customer service.

Cons

  • Expensive.
  • Lack of customization.
Adobe Campaign is excellent for businesses that have access to client emails and details. It may not be as relevant for businesses who do not routinely take down those details or do not have services that include web inquiries or customer service.
