Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
We use Adobe Analytics to be a one source of truth for performance reporting across Marketing, UX/UI and Web Dev team for our e-commerce website. From a Marketing, perspective, this includes understanding performance of paid ADS traffic source, and integrating those insights with other source like affiliate, direct, social.
Pros
- Allow specific drill-downs for insights by variety of dimensions that are not available in other tools like GA4
- Customization of metrics, dimensions, segments, tracking, evars
- Intuitive UI that requires minimal learning curve for non-technical and non-date staff to implement and use
Cons
- multiple dimension in a plain table format (in addition to the existing cascading format)
- Quickly spot inefficient marketing campaigns, ADS, content that are not leading to desired conversions with the cascading analytics format, so that we can quickly scale back inefficient areas to reinvest elsewhere that is more efficient
