This includes the hardware and the WordPress install itself as they handle major, minor, and security upgrades to WordPress. In addition, they have an expert technician dedicated to our enterprise account that not only assists in the debugging of core WordPress issues but has been invaluable in debugging issues in plugins we have implemented and issues in our code performance.
