Workvivo in my company is used for all kind of Internal Communication. Some of the examples are announcements from Company Leaders, wishing for the associates birthday and work anniversary. We also use the tool to announce policies and there is a provision in the system to receive acknowledgment from the associates. It works more like a Facebook or instagram feed but there is also a provision to pin something if that post is important and needs everyone’s attention.The tool very smoothly works with the SFTP and SSO Integration and so associates will not have the pain of remembering password.

We have an FAQ section which is categorized in Workvivo. Being an HR, you will have a lot of queries coming from employees on various aspects. Based on the queries we receive from employees, we have built a FAQ with answers on it. So it was easy for us to direct them to the place where there can find ever more similar questions & answers. Policy announced to all and received acknowledgment through the same tool Separate Private Teams are created for special projects and discussions are happening easily
Workvivo has been great to use. I feel it has allowed our company to get appropriate information to all users quicker and more consistently than previous solutions such as e-mail. I really like that it's easy to recall stories/posts and the way it is grouped into spaces. Additionally, being able to shout out other colleagues for great work is fantastic. Workvivo's support has been helpful, too - a quick tweet about a problem, and it was fixed later that week! Awesome!
My only - minor - criticism would be that the design feels a little cluttered, especially horizontally on large screens.

I use Workvivo in my spare time in between calls or chats. I like to look at the different spaces, Company Central, Competitions and Challenges!, Notice Board, Pet Corner, Foodies, Mindfulness - A Safe Space For Better Health, Comedy Corner, Fitness/Healthy Eating!, Pride Space, Gardening/Plants/Eco space, Adventure/Travel/Tourism, Support/Suggestions space!. I also enjoy reading the Caption Monday comments and vote for someone! I think this is a very fun way of brightening everyone's Monday's; and who doesn't like a little competition. I think Workvivo in general as a site brightens people's work days. Especially if you've been on an awkward call/chat. I think the different spaces is a great way for different groups to come together and get to know each other and you're not limited to your own work colleagues. The spaces are also a safe space.

Less appropriate- I do believe it is appropriate in every scenario in Spearline.

Workvivo is used to convey general messages to all employees in the company. It is a platform to be social with others, specifically useful when the teams are distant apart by providing notifications of Birthdays and work Anniversaries. It also helps to find people with the same interests (the feature of creating groups, like - sports, etc).

It is a good platform to showcase the work which some teams are doing, apart from their regular office work like social work, sports activities, etc. Workvivo is well suited for organisations where employee strength is large or have many offices in different places. For small-sized organisations where it's easy to know each other, it is less appropriate.

It lets us all get involved between our own company holding competitions over there or if you're looking to share some dad jokes! It is great as a hub that welcomes us every day when opening our browsers. The website is our default homepage and allows you to have the latest company news right in front of you. I think it worked well in my experience during the pandemic. Whilst we were stuck at home working, this site allowed us to bring that sense of community back, through hosting quizzes on the site, which may seem small, but was a sense of joy during those tough times. Wish the site had features where notifications could be turned on, so we were told about certain posts that we could tailor to our own needs.
Workvivo is the best work-related social platform I have ever come across. I'm not on social media, but I am on this regularly with my work colleagues. You can keep in touch, share great memories, have fun during break times, and have great "spaces" available if you have specific interests and don't want to scroll through random stuff like normal social media.

There are a lot of photo competitions run within our company, and it's amazing to see the platform brightened with photos. There's plenty of capability to run competitions and polls etc. on a very large scale, such as our Christmas competitions. It's a great platform overall.
