I use Wingman in our org to review the call and analyse it. They are mostly sales calls which I refer to. My role is of solutions engineer and referring to the discovery calls are really helpful for me to design the solution for the clients.
There are some features like battle cards which can help sales team with their talk track during the call.
Pros
Call Analysis
Battle card
Transcription of calls
Cons
Improvement in how it can work well with MS teams

We use Wingman to store and record our calls. It helps us to further keep a tab on the calls we make so we can efficiently analyze it later on.

store and filter calls
easy to analyse each call with speech to text conversion
Cons
dashboard could have more features

It helps my team review and hear calls for future references. Working in the US market from India, it sometimes becomes tough to understand the customer. Wingman and its transcription is easy to use and can save up a lot of time and effort
Pros
Transcription
Call recording for future references
You can search fro specific words pressing CTRL+F and can see where all that word came up in the conversation
Cons
Nothing as such
it is fast reliable and efficient
Likelihood to Recommend
It is best for sales team and account managers. All the meetings can be recorded and transcribed making it easy to train the reps, take future references and understand the client the case and the persona better. You can save a lot of time by not going through the recording of the entire call. Just scroll down to the part and you can see the updated transcrip
We used to invite Wingman to all calls within the company. - For internal calls, it was a good addition to training sessions so that people could refer back to the training in the future - For client calls, wingman was quite useful as we could rewatch the video and understand more details about client needs, our performance as Sales reps, and be able to share the video with coworkers/managers.
Pros
Join the call easily
Playback available any time
Easy to navigate website and tool
Cons
Speech to text transcript was not accurate
Sometimes recording was unavailable or took a long time to become available
At times the playback audio quality was really bad, and almost useless
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for training sessions and client calls. Not so well suited for sensitive (for example HR calls) where you don't want people to have access to your call.

We needed to monitor sales and support activity, as well as enable keyword harvesting and playbook analysis of our staff. We applied Wingman to marketing, sales, and support staff. My use case extends from account management, through coaching, all the way to using recordings/transcriptions to combat credit card disputes.
Pros
Transcription of calls and virtual meetings
Keyword search on transcriptions
Speaker detection/attribution for proper review
Creating playbooks from excellent calls
Cons
There are no user management APIs
There is no SCIM2.0 user management
Uploading audio via an api call is quite difficult to set up
The “note taker” bot sometimes doesn’t attend scheduled meetings
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for companies that do zoom/meet only, with no phone calls. Wingman's notetaker automatically joins online meetings and self-records (but it does not always successfully join, and it has some issues if you start early)... an API integration can be built around uploading call logs/recordings from an on-premies phone server, but that was far more effort than we thought it would be.

We had tried Wingman in our company within the sales team and the demand/lead generation team. This tool was particularly useful as it had battle cards and the ability to bookmark specific moments within a conversation with prospective customers. This tool helped my team to get better as interactions can be reviewed by peers without having to join live.
Pros
Bookmarking specific moments of a conversation.
Offline review of conversations.
Connectivity with Zoom.
Cons
Slightly harder to remove Wingman from a conversation where a customer doesn't want to be recorded.
Likelihood to Recommend
Wingman is well suited for organizations that have large demand/lead generation teams that need to talk to prospects on a daily basis. Wingman may not be appropriate in places where sales conversations are more confidential, and the customers may not like to be recorded.

Recording, Transcription, and Creating reference notes is very easy. The bookmarking feature to bookmark an important point in the meeting also comes in handy. You can create game tapes for future references of calls and training purposes. Battle cards comes in handy for the sales team.
Pros
Recording & Transcription
Bookmarks
Battlercards
Highlights of the meeting
Cons
support for transcription of multiple languages
Make it easy to join any current meeting
Limitation on the workspace domain to listen to the calls that are shared
Likelihood to Recommend
It's best suited in scenarios for sales and go-to-market teams where a lot of communication and critical points can help. It's also suited for internal team discussions where you want to take critical notes. It helps in saving a lot of time so that anyone can come back to the call and listen to it or check the essential highlights or bookmarked time stamps for better visibility.

I work in Sales, and it's part of my role to undertake a high volume of calls. Wingman enables me to be fully involved with my prospect for the duration of the call; I don't have to worry about taking notes as Wingman does that for me; also, if the client shares anything during the call, I don't need to ask for them to follow up and provide the information as it's all in the recording.
Pros
The transcript.
The screen recording.
letting me know if I've talked to much on a call.
Cons
Not to be so prominent on the actual call, a small logo would be fine.
Have the ability to change the man, some clients laugh at something called Wingman.
Easier to export screen grabs.
Likelihood to Recommend
It's suited to New Business calls when you need to make an impact and be fully focused rather than having to worry about taking notes. Not so much to existing relationship calls, when finer details are still important, but less so than when you are trying to win new business.
I use wingman to go back to conversations I have with customers and look at their requests.
Pros
Record meetings
Convert Audio into text
Crop meetings
Cons
Finding meetings
Search Function
Likelihood to Recommend
Wingman allows to record your zoom meetings and crop them and translate them into text. Wingman is not that good whenever youre searching for a particular meeting on the search bar. Sometimes I have to go to Hubspot and look for the company's profile and look for the wingman recording link.

Wingman is a life saver for Sales and Sales Operations
The SDR/AE function within my team works smoothly, all thanks to Wingman. The tool helps you vet the important points discussed on calls with prospects & customers during the entire lifecycle. The ai-driven insights allow you to see what was discussed at certain points of a call without taking the time to actually watch the recording.
Pros
The dashboard and the reporting panel is an easy sail for everyone from day 1.
The extension that just needs a click to record all my CRM calls
Cons
I think audio to text translation can make life even easier for me.
Likelihood to Recommend
I love the possibility of easily cutting up a part of the demo and then uploading it into a specific folder (game tape). This makes it easier for the team to find objections and how to deal with them and it as well makes the onboarding process for new sales reps faster. It can be used for different departments and not only for sales demos.
