Webex is a great platform to join the meetings and interact with other coworkers. It helped our company a lot, especially when the company expanded the idea of letting the employees work remotely.
It doesn’t have the complexity of other platforms and it’s easy to use. Employees were happy to replace old platforms with Webex.
Pros
Great place for work meetings
It doesn’t effect the computer’s performance
It’s simple to use. ( user friendly)
Cons
It could provide more details for users

For a our company that employees need to work from home and interact with each other daily, Webex is a great tool.
Additionally , our HR department used it as a platform to interview candidates who were all over the country and we received positive feedbacks from both sides. It is now completely replacing other platforms.
We usually use it in weekly meetings with our designers plus site progress meeting, specifically after the Covid-19 crisis. Also, sometimes, we contact our engineers aboard due to pan pressures via Webex Meetings. It's so easy to use with no connection problems and it doesn't require a high-speed internet connection as some areas have such poor conditions for the internet.
Pros
We can share different types of media.
Some actions require administrator permission.
Integrations are a separate download.
Cons
Sometimes, it will automatically close.
The button still shows add Webex Meetings when users open from a Mac.
We would like to be able to see user reports with problem analysis.

The good scenario: It's really very good in general especially because it can continue for a long time with availability to use whatever via laptop, normal PC, or through phones. The bad scenarios are the problems where it suddenly stops and loses connection with others and it closes automatically.
[Cisco Webex Meetings] is being used in [my] department. It provides web conferencing features that everyone needs to collaborate [on] our project as a team.
Pros
Ease of use
Great quality of audio and video capability
Can accommodate a large group of attendees
Cons
Can improve the navigation panel even more
Make the launching of the meeting more seamlessly
Have more ways to customize the meeting
Likelihood to Recommend
[Cisco Webex Meetings] handles [a] large group of people pretty well. However, inviting people to join the meeting requires some planning ahead.
Two year ago, we started work with Webex, but users couldn't use this tool because my users did not have the culture of using video conferencing. With the events of Covid-19, users realized that it is a platform that they can discuss quickly and easily and started using Webex. Currently, Webex is used on average between 18-22 hours a day and is gradually increasing. Users have now started to use different features such as recording and webinar.
Pros
Secure.
Ease of use.
Features are enough.
Cons
Design is not good.
Hard for dummy users.
Voice quality very poor.
Likelihood to Recommend
One of the best solutions in the world is Cisco, most people know how to use it. But reports and troubleshoot features are not enough.

Cisco Webex Meetings is being used to bring together employees located in different cities for face-to-face meetings. We are also using Webex for customer interaction during the time of social distancing.
Pros
Remote meetings
Video conferencing
Cons
No ability to limit video shared by meeting participants
Likelihood to Recommend
Cisco Webex Meetings is well suited for employees not located in the same vicinity to allow collaboration.
It is being used across the whole organization. I do wish more departments would get on board with it. Being able to meet at a moments notice and have scheduled meetings is nice. We have a room kit mini and its tie into Webex is really nice as you get the whole conference room and you don't have to worry about a laptop going to sleep at the end of the table.
Pros
Being able to connect from any device.
Being able to share content.
Using the Room Kit is awesome!
Cons
Had to go down for an Organization transfer/change to put all under one Organization. But as of now, we are good!
More step by step documentation on getting all the bells and whistles up and going.
Trying to setup the Webex Edge calling and video mesh takes a bit of time.

Quick meetings and sharing screens or using it as a remote control replacement when your primary is not working for you to remote your users. Great for use when you are traveling and still need to meet face to face with video. When you have a video phone in your environment you don't really need Webex when you could just call the person, so that would be a less appropriate time to use Webex.
Webex Meetings is being used daily by the whole organization. It helps us schedule important meetings to discuss issues immediately without the need to meet in person and to show participants these issues.
Pros
Screen share is very easy
Ease of access makes it easy for all participants to join
Option to have Webex call you at your number is great and convenient
Cons
The audio quality is lacking
Some participants that try to join are inundated with too many instructions on how to join a Webex that they get frustrated
Participants get dropped in the middle of a Webex and are forced to rejoin multiple times throughout the meeting
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited when you're in a pinch to meet quickly with necessary parties, but not appropriate for visual meetings that are more than just sharing a screen.
I use WebEx meetings to hold and participate in meetings with one of our largest customers, a Big 3 Automotive manufacturer. This allows us to share information from anywhere in the world. WebEx is used by all within my department, Project Management.
Pros
Sharing Drawings
Sharing Files over various formats, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PDF, etc...
Allows independent Call-in's
Cons
Some things I would like to see improved are less numbers/options for call ins. Seems like you can call into many different numbers and it does get confusing.
Some other things I would like to see improved would be a user friendly app that could be used from your phone. This would allow complete mobility with the software.
Likelihood to Recommend
Some things that are well suited scenarios for Webex are conducting meetings from satellite offices, allowing others in many different areas or locations to participate.
Different departments use Web Ex independently to speak with clients or vendors. It allows us to connect many different people in many different locations to ensure we are all on the same page. It is a great way to make sure everyone hears and sees the same message at that same time.
Pros
It is very user friendly.
It is well known in the business world.
The meetings can be recorded and played back.
Cons
There is no ability to breakaway for smaller groups to have individual discussions.
Likelihood to Recommend
For our company which is German owned and has locations around the globe, it is a great way to span time zones and is compatible with most of the software and files we utilize.
