Happy with Partner Service

Yes, insight. While I wish I could deal directly with Watchguard for everything and just have a single person to contact, we've been very pleased with our account rep at Insight. He's always answered my emails, usually within an hour. They're responsive and have assisted us immensely when we needed further assistance.

Self-Implementation

All self implemented and it's a very simple process

Mixed Partner Experience

We work with CIO Now and NextLevelTech. I am not sure if either of them are partners but I have been quite happy with what they are able to provide for us and their ability to help when needed as well.
