Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Wasabi as our online cloud backup container. We were previously using another product, but the monthly costs were getting out of control. With Wasabi, we have seen our costs cut by 70% and get the same level of quality at a much higher value. Plus the storage is HOT verses cold storage we had before.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Wasabi Object Storage to backup my files in combination with Rclone. Since it uses the same APIs as with AWS S3, I find it quite easy to get started.
Pros
- AWS S3 compatible APIs.
- Supports custom policies and sub-accounts.
- Much cheaper when compared to AWS S3.
Cons
- There is no central dashboard where you can see how much storage is used across all buckets.
- The minimum storage time is three months.
- They charges a minimum of 1TB of storage.
