Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used within the Business Development department to generate leads of prospects to reach out. It has been very useful and the accuracy of the contact details of the leads generated is also very high. We suggest VoilaNorbert in our team training so that they get used to searching and be aware of such tools available to pull out email addresses.

Cons

  • {I feel] it needs an update on the database as sometimes it gives inaccurate results
  • Sometimes the Chrome extension clashes [in my experience]

Likelihood to Recommend

It is great to use when a single email address is needed and for bulk leads as well. It has great integration with the third party tools that makes it easy to manage things and keep track of things. We can even generate campaigns through this.
