Pros
Visual Studio Test Professional when paired with Azure DevOps is the best solution for Test Case Management when compared to other Testing tools we've used in the past.
Test Results and Artifacts are always available with full traceablility for audits.
Testing and Release Management are tied together as one continuous pipeline.
Cons
Interface can be confusing.
Needs more shortcut keys.
Needs better export features, like exporting to Excel.
Likelihood to Recommend
If you're used to the Visual Studio IDE for coding, then it feels very natural using Visual Studio Test Professional. If you're not used to the GUI, then it does have a bit of a learning curve and then Testers might be better suited using the web interface. Both accomplish the same end results and the licensing covers both options.

Visual Studio Test Professional is currently backed up by Microsoft which makes it an amazing product to believe in. The way currently we are using it is to write test cases across the whole organization. The major problem it solves is being lightweight. Its internal tool engine makes sure that the language and formatting are automatically detected so that the user does not have to worry much about the syntax, which ends up saving several hundred business hours for the company.
Pros
Bug fixes
Free to use
Lightweight
Cons
Poor support on a few Linux Distros
Crashes sometimes

It is just amazing if you are using it at a large scale company where the streamlined quality needs to be maintained and if continuous integration and continuous delivery happen. It is also always readily available, and the integration benefits are just amazing if you are using Azure as your cloud platform.
