Spectrum is being used by the whole organization for purchasing, accounting, employee time input, etc. The departments that use Spectrum are sales, accounting, field, engineering, equipment, and parts store. It addresses our problems of efficiently creating POs and tracking purchases for all of our current and past projects within the company.

I often have to pull reports for materials ordered from the start of a project to the finish to analyze costs and other items. Using the receiving history, I can easily sort by each product and also by dates, if needed. This then gives me all the information to analyze how much money we spent on particular items or on freight.

It is a great tool for tracking and organization. I like it because all of the departments in our company are able to coordinate and manage documents and processing as a whole.

I love spectrum for tracking change orders and subcontractor documentation.
