It falls best at a place where customization is the key requirement. The endless possibilities and the customization it offers are mind-blowing. However, the same customization sometimes comes up to be a problem. It gets too complex and complicated at times to set up everything, especially in the initial phase of using this software.
It is being used just by the sales department. It helps with cold calling, managing sales leads, appointment setting, and also helps with keeping leads hot with thorough notes taking to allow passing leads from one caller to another or to the actual sales person themselves. It is really effective in helping with outbound and inbound sales.

We have been using it with our virtual assistant team in Philippines for outbound cold calling and it keeps the process really really tight. If you have a decent size team this is your solution.
