Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the product to provide translated data for our projects. The scope of this product is with most of our global teams. We started using this service approximately around 4 to 5 years ago. In a lot of cases our end users require translation services in quite a few languages and we leverage Unbabel (Lingo24). We always had a pleasant experience working with their team.

Pros

  • Project Management/Expectation settings
  • Quick turnaround for Quote
  • Managed portal for self service which saves a lot of emails
  • Quality of service

Cons

  • The only issue we faced was for billing when the transition from Lingo24 to Unbabel happened. However, I did not face anything after.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you need a quick turnaround for quoting your end users. If you like to have a self service portal to manage your projects.The translation quality is pretty good and just in case you have any issues with it there is always a scope for feedback.
