We can use UiPath to automate various projects that are repeatable, business rule driven, or high volume. Even though these types of projects are always boring and time consuming tasks, UiPath makes it easy to complete the tasks. Thus it helps to increase employee satisfaction as well as profit of organization.

Pros

Projects that are repeatable is always good for UiPath Automation
High volume or lengthy tasks are eligible for UiPath automation.
Business rule driven projects are good contestant for UiPath Automation.

Cons

UiPath Automation should integrate with Facebook, that will help to improve its options in automation.
If an activity to check a page is logged in or not will be a good addition to UiPath activities.
Improving the selector options of UiPath will make it easy for users to work on.

UiPath Automation is good platform to automate SAP software. I have been using UiPath to automate SAP software for my projects and it really makes the organization/clients more profitable since SAP consultants are highly paid employees and if UiPath could automate SAP effectively, it could replace those employees as well as it is more faster when compared to humans.

UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform is being used to automate some of the common manual tasks done by L1 level workforce, including data entry, calculations, etc. Some of the business problems it helps with are increasing focus time for workforce and increasing productivity for their actual core work.

Pros

Great low-code platform with very low learning curve
Great workflow management and automation capabilities
Extremely powerful AI & ML capabilities in the product

Cons

Pricing is little high and should be more flexible
Training and available help need to be made better for users

Well suited--Extremely useful to automate your day-to-day repetitive tasks that take lot of time.
Less suited--Simple automations can be done using some of the other free RPA tools like UI Flows from Power Platform MS.

UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform is being used as automation platform for key data and workflows of the organization and we have integrated different applications to get attended and unattended routine workflows running under the artificial intelligence of UiPath RPA. We are using this platform in few of our key departments like HR, Finance, PMO and Technical Operations. UiPath RPA is primarily used by us to make different processes automated like Web management, Email data, Organizational announcements, and data updating etc.

Pros

Equally useful for attended and unattended workflows.
User friendly interface

Cons

Not a mobile friendly platform.

A wide variety of solutions are being enabled integrating internal and external Information Systems. Customer Support representatives benefit from the automated processing of mail requests. Corrective IT actions are being automatically triggered and performed by smart robots.

I believe that management of the application can be optimized.
I believe that Cloud licensing costs are too expensive.

The business problems that it solves are the efficiency of a given process, respecting deadlines, and cutting costs when it comes to maintenance.

UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform is great to start the RPA journey and also great to maintain a large number of processes. The only difficulty is for clients who have a tighter budget for RPA. They prefer to go with other tools, but this is only a rare case since UiPath is free for small companies. In general, UiPath is suited for all kinds of projects more than any other RPA tool in the market.

It addresses admin problems to our clients within departments with aging roles/tasks. For example, invoice logging from PDF's that are returned from carrier companies in the logistics industry. Through RPA, it accelerates these processes to simplify the logging process and create less workload for the carrier associates who are responsible for a task like that.

We are using it to automate our own processes but mainly use it when helping our customers document, automate, schedule, deploy and manage their workflow automation. We have built several complex but repetetive rule-based business automations that save our customers a lot of time. UiPath is a great platform for doing this.
