Trello came to our company to help us organize tasks, to dos, recurring activities, simple information and stay updated on what is happening inside our team. It's great to measure the advances in your own tasks but moreover, to keep track of the team updates. Very helpful to organize a week and have set priorities.
Pros
Tasks overview
Tracking updates
Team follow up
Week organization
Recurring tasks
Cons
More customization
Chat notifications
Reminder messages tone

It's greatly suited to keep informed about what your team is doing, by everyone having their own tasks there and updating daily, you can see what they're doing and how the team projects are advancing. You can also use many filters (per person, per date, per priority) which is very nice to have the information better organized.

I use Trello for my project Management. I have one team working remotely that handles my sales and marketing whereas I handle the development team inhouse. So collaboration between sales and development and management of project with clear communication involves Trello and tracking the project status with daily updates. It also helps me in resource management as well.
Pros
Project Management
Resource Management
Collaboration
Cons
Trello Lacks comprehensive reporting. Even with Paid features these things are missing
Trello needs to cover the dependencies on complex projects
Updates part works as comments they just need to be a bit better over there (Recommendation only. Not that its wrong)
The new feature of marking a project and completed is weird. Since we can just move the card to done. Tracking just a tick mark is never a requirement

For me, I like the notifications and arrangements of the lists part. I can easily track what is going on with which project. With basic Trello layout, I had to create some SOPs just so people on my team don't use it the wrong way, But it would be helpful if we can lock those SOPs down so there are no mistakes for the new users otherwise every new person is to be taught how to use it.
We are using Trello for - Project management - R&D team - Content management strategies with the Sales & marketing team
Pros
Keeping track of the to-do list and keeping the updates on each item organized
Assigning certain tasks with due dates
Organizing the questions for certain problems and feedback requests
Cons
Notification feature can be more organized, we are sometimes missing the updates.
Definitely add delete feature

It has a free version which usually is enough for the early stage. Very easy to use and integrate with other 3rd party software. It is very good for project management, task assignments, and progress tracking, especially with remote teams.

I use them to keep track of the projects that we carry out in the company, it makes everything relatively easy, it allows me to work in collaboration with co-workers, it allows us to create boards with different access profiles, Organize several tasks in one place.
Pros
I like that I can keep track of a lot of tasks.
One of the things that Trello knows best is to promote collaboration and assign access privileges to them
The creation of boards is very easy to manage, and it is very good for following projects to daily tasks without complications.
Cons
No global tags.
Need to improve project timeline management.

It is excellent for managing projects and tasks, it will also help the integration and collaboration of co-workers, and it is ideal for groups and companies of any size.
I track new hires coming in, and I track employees offboarding and leaving the company in this software program. I also track any movement within the company when there are items needing to get done, and on occasion, if we are upgrading computers or equipment, it will sometimes be documented in Trello. Sometimes after a template is archived, you lose some of the information as it is no longer visible but, of course, can be pulled up. I would like to see an actual Archive folder or file in plain view so that I can click in there and find older employees' "already done" cards. There may be a way to do this; I am just not as familiar with Trello and all that it can do yet.
Pros
Helps track employees "to do before hire", "to do after hired," and "to do when employee leaves"
Provides important information on each employee like personal information along with data collected during the time of hire and during employment time
Allows more than one person to be assigned to a task per employee and will remain open until everyone involved has completed their task
Cons
Needs to be locked down a little tighter once a card is created instead of allowing just anyone to go in and make changes
I have only worked with Trello this past year, but I feel its a great task writing tool for each person to do their part so no problems here
More visibility with cards already done or completed on the main dashboard

It is well suited to my job requirements as I bring employees in, and I help offboard them as well. This tool helps me when I need to make sure all items are completed by a certain time frame, so I would say it holds us accountable. Someone who doesn't manage a group of people may not find this as useful when dealing with others but could use it for their own accountability when needing to track their accomplishments.

As a a software developer, I use Trello my main Task management tool. I am very familiar with agile approaches and I found in Trello the perfect tool to organize tasks of my development projects. The system of list embedded in this tool provides a suitable view of the the main parts or step of a project
Pros
Trello provides a realtime sharing project management experience. So, various members of a given project can edit its tasks at the same time.
With Trello, it is easy to assign member to a given task
It is really easy to move a task from one list to another with just a drag and drop
Cons
Trello should improve the management of project timeline. For example, it might be suitable to have an integrated gant feature
it shoud be interesting to have a direct integration with classical code versionnning tools like github
Trello should improve the interfaces of mobile version. The current one is not suitable and should be lighter to comply with mobile UI standards

As a team leader in a project of development of a mobile app, I used trello to organize the project task among the 3 developers of my team. I worked with 3 list( TODO, CURRENT, DONE). In fact, with trello, It was really easy to assign each members to his tasks while having everytime a global view of the project. Nevertheless, as Trello doesn't provide a native github integration, I always had to manager the code progress separately
Great software for collaboration with teams. We use this for our entire team so we can all stay on top of projects at the same time. It updates in real-time and you can share cards and board with others as needed and allows our team to easily track and follow the process of tasks.
Pros
Tracking
Customizable
Tracking of projects
Ability to use labels
Ability to attach images and URL's
Cons
Only thing is the price seems a little high[.]

Easy to set up and use with no issues. Love using labels to differentiate between urgent matters. Finally able to get rid of all the sticky notes!
I have used Trello every day in the last 3-4 jobs I've had. It helps me organize my list of tasks for the day as well as automate tile creation based on different tasks I don't perform as often. Excellent product all around!
Pros
Task management.
Ability to automate tile creation.
Ability to include rich details in a tile.
Cons
Ability to change the width of the tile columns.
Have a separate 'done' folder instead of another column.
Likelihood to Recommend
Trello is well suited for anyone who wants to better organize their tasks and help themselves track progress, and not forget about items you're waiting on contributions from others on.

Trello is absolutely used across the board at Slickplan. We recently had a major update to the app and this was great for keeping the entire staff on track. It’s very easy to use, owned by Atlassian but easier to use than Jura, although it does have a Jura plugin.
Pros
Kanban
Managing tasks
Real time view of work
Cons
The iOS app is a bit confusing.
I wish there were a few other features Jura had built into Trello
Price?? I guess??

This app is suitable for ANYONE on a team of even by yourself. Honestly it’s so simple you could use it to plan a vacation. Anyone with a login can learn and you don’t have to hit the Help Desk for simple tasks. I recommend this to all levels of user.
