  • Allows us to break up each session
  • Add videos along with other links to each module
  • Give everyone a secure login
  • Makes use of the time people spend on it.

  • Implementing type form style surveys.

Pros

  • Tracks progress for training.
  • Easily determines a new hires competency in handling tasks on their own.
  • Houses all of our documents and videos in one location versus several.

Cons

  • Identifying the users and their roles
  • Access to modules or training can be confusing
  • If you aren't careful some tasks and training can be pretty deep within trainual, and hard to find.

Most Important Features

  • The modules are the best feature that we use
  • The video component that is in the tasks
  • Assigning modules to users is also a great feature!

  • Sinking with apps like Gusto or other payroll platforms where you can track the on-boarding and training of an employee.

  • The ability to get very granular with detail.
  • The ability to integrate different types of media for different kinds of learners.

Cons

  • The layout for all subjects is very overwhelming, and I'd love to be able to sort into folders or buckets.
  • I'd also like to be able to see all steps within ALL subjects in one area and be able to reorganize those with a simple drag and drop, instead of having to copy and paste text to move from one subject to another.
