We use it to build dashboards to track various metrics for our campaigns like CTR, campaign name and other engagement metrics.
Pros
It helps track combined data
It looks into details of what campaigns are performing well
It helps segregate into days of week for the campaign that's performing well
Cons
If it could be integrated with Braze to track tests
Using Braze tests and directly getting results in ThoughtSpot
Likelihood to Recommend
ThoughtSpot is best suited to build dashboards and track specific campaigns. The reporting is great! It might not be suitable to tracking test and how that's performing.

ThoughtSpot allows us to create liveboards that are fast processing when it comes to large datasets. We are able to do live data connections that give us the scalability to find insights that ultimately guide us in strategic management of our data whether it is engineering, marketing, product, etc. This serves a wide array of use cases on whether this is strategy-focused or product-focused.
Pros
Data connections with live data sources
Customer support with chat
Ease of use with visual charts
Cons
formulas are not intuitive
need to have totals and percentages into one chart
use spotIQ within the liveboards
Likelihood to Recommend
Large data sources to fast processing speeds onto a liveboard

we are using ThoughtSpot as a self service BI platform where we want our business users to create their own insights and deep dive into the data themselves and as a whole become more data driven company.
Pros
Generate great insights using spot IQ
needs very less technical knowledge so even an agent level employee can use it to generate insights
slice and dice data to whatever granular level is needed without creating any explicit hierarchies
Cons
more pixel perfect dashboarding
more option as compared to existing BI tools when it comes to look and feel
Likelihood to Recommend
for any use case where you users needs immediate or frequent insights from the data. since license is not at user level so if you need to open data to large employee base
We evaluated ThoughSpot for a pilot to make market research/voice of the consumer data more accessible. The pilot did not launch, but ThoughtSpot was brought into our organization to be used with Snowflake to enhance our overall data access through the "data lake." It is being used by multiple departments but siloed on the IT and data science side.
Pros
It provides user-friendly access to complex analysis for those with limited program experience.
It has a fair pricing model with unlimited users that pay for the data processing usage.
It provides good customer service and partnership that's reliable and able to solve issues quickly.
Cons
I would appreciate easier access to test or pilots for implementation.
I would like a "lite" version for new or non-power users.
Likelihood to Recommend
ThoughtSpot is great for mining data insights across data sets with ease. It is great for generating insights for single data sources as other tools can perform that same function. In today's world, however, the more data the better. Thoughtspot helps make those connections and makes it easier for less tech-savvy users to perform advanced analytics.

We use [ThoughtSpot] as a data discovery engine. We have rolled it out to some of our clients and they use it to build pinboards to assist them to run their business and to report to executives the results of their work and efforts over the past week, month, or quarter.
Pros
Quick to insights
Beautiful charts
Easy to set up
Cons
Print to PDF is not fully supported and that has a big impact on sharing pinboards with executives.
In my opinion, customer support is slow to react and often leads to an endless circle of tickets that sometimes never get resolved. I feel like this involves finger-pointing from one team to another and I find it very frustrating.
The search bar is really nothing like Google search. In my experience, the cursor moves in odd places and the results of a basic search are far more difficult to get than a Google search. I feel like it's a long way to go here.
Likelihood to Recommend
You need to know [ThoughtSpot] well and have lots of hours using it in order to really use it well. Setting up quick answers and pinboards for business users works fine, but the tool can be very difficult for non-analytic folks to use. It looks clean and simple, but it does not live up to what we have hoped it would be.

It's my understanding it is used by the whole organization. We, as the Marketing Department use it for customer survey results, email metrics, and overall business performance.
Pros
Ability to update and make dashboards.
Easy to collaborate with other team members.
Simple interface.
Cons
For us as an organization, the hardest part is making sure we're aligned on how we look at the data.
It can be easy for data to be manipulated in different ways (this goes along with the first bullet point).
Likelihood to Recommend
It's great for collaborating and data sharing across multiple teams.

It's being used by one department to support many business units. The goal is to better understand when is the best time to contact customers for purchasing. This proves to be a bit difficult as it challenges you as a data analyst to choose the right input data for the software to ingest.
Pros
The interface is pleasing. Makes you feel like you have access to some future tech software you would see in a Bond film or something.
Their customer service has been top notch as far as I can tell.
When there are questions they are quick to respond or reach out to colleagues that might better know.
Cons
Better communicating the limitations of the software. It's not valuable to me to know that it's a sign of success that "purchased" is included in the data set for successful transactions.
Giving direction on data cleanliness could be improved.
Likelihood to Recommend
Even though I am not in the contract discussions or know pricing, my understanding is that it is a very expensive product. I'm not certain we are ready to extract the value we should out of this relationship, yet. I believe that by improving our data set by including real-time data instead of just historic we could potentially be better at utilizing this product.

We are setting it up as a quick-answer tool. First we will roll it out to BI and data analysts so they don't need to build ad-hoc queries and reports for data requests. Next, we will roll the product out to some data-savvy marketing and sales users to enable self-service for them.
Pros
Fast search results for large data sets
User friendly interface for search
Data Aware: For example, uses column names, data values
Cons
Visualization fine tuning/customization
Data integration options are limited
Data join features are very limited to leverage data from different sources
Likelihood to Recommend
Q/A system for a well structured data set is highly . We use ThoughtSpot to get quick answers, which in this scenario will reduce the number of reports and ad-hoc queries for well defined data sets. It can also replace custom UIs to interact with well-structured data for internal apps, as well as websites.
