We used tawk.to and their beautiful chat popup to successfully double customer conversions on some of our projects. Our clients appreciate the ability to track their website visitors' actions - it is much easier to upsell when you know how the visitors browsed your website, and it is much easier to answer product questions when you know where the visitor is from and which product page they are on right now.
