We tried using SuperOps.ai for IT management, but it was a huge disappointment. In my opinion, the platform is unreliable, buggy, and lacks proper support. In my experience constant downtime and missing features made it impossible to manage our operations efficiently. Instead of solving business problems, I feel it created more headaches. Definitely not a solution we can recommend.

Overall, the service has caused more disruptions than solutions, and I would advise looking for more reliable alternatives. I believe it's a joke of a company.
