Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The all-in-one Customer Success and churn prevention platform. Startdeliver ensures you can keep absolute track of what your clients are doing, whilst also maintaining an excellent track record of important commercial details between you and your client. It is a well connected app with integrations to all major CRM tools. It has an absolutely outstanding UI - and perhaps most important - it has an even greater team of Customer Success Managers at your disposal. You won't go wrong with Startdeliver!

Cons

  • Not necessarily a bad thing, but being so simple, it could contain even more advanced features for "customer success", but however, the reason you really use Startdeliver is for its simplicity
  • could be slightly more distinct separation between customers and internal user (you confuse what is what sometimes)
  • I don't fully understand the naming and logic about their new packages, but this is subjective opinion
