Pros

  • The blast communications are clear and easy to read.
  • Reporting- the reports within StarChapter are very helpful and easy to use.
  • The tools for tracking attendee information are super easy to use.

Cons

  • The admin portion of the system is a bit clunky. It is not very user friendly.
  • It’s not very intuitive.
