  • Flexibility to scale to tackle growth and our company's needs
  • Easy of use for everyone
  • Dedicated Client Success Manager who meets with you bi-weekly
  • Dedicated support available anytime and very knowledgable
  • They create opportunities for us to recognize staff - creating marketing and visuals at no cost
  • They are actively invested in the engagment and outcomes of your organization

Cons

  • The SmartHub is a bit intimidating BUT end users don't really have to modify it unless they want to, I try not to and my account manager helps with changes.
  • There are honestly no negatives, the platform is amazing
