Use Cases and Deployment Scope

After a recommendation from a friend, I choose Serverless360 for building an internal self-service platform. Even without technical expertise, I found it easy to create my knowledge base This intuitive tool allowed me to draft entire pages swiftly, with drag and drop functionality I could effortlessly reorganize page order and entire categories within the knowledge base.

Sharing ideas collaboratively
More affordable than competing software options
This tool offers extensive customization options to tailor it to your specific needs.

Cons

Expanding the functionality to cover other cloud platforms would be highly beneficial as it is currently limited to Microsoft Azure only
AI functions to be improved
Initial setup takes time but beats building custom solutions

Serverless360 is a great tool for managing complex Azure serverless environments>it offers comprehensive monitoring,alerting, and automation features that are essential for maintaining the health and performance of our applications.However, for organizations with simpler setups or minimal Azure serverless usage, the advanced capabilities of Serverless360 may not be necessary. Overall it's been a valuable addition to our tool kit.

Serverless360 has helped our team immensely. It gives a consolidated view across end-to-end technology environments with real-time visibility enabling proactive monitoring.
It Detects the root cause in real-time and consolidates all application monitoring capabilities onto a single platform.
A team can foresee and fix issues before they adversely impact the business.

The main benefits of Serverless360 is it eases troubleshooting of Azure Pass applications with a log database,
With Serverless360's service Map functionality our major burden of holistic view was cured
we could understand the health of all the resources in one dashboard.

The team can quickly discover and reprocess the failed service buz message with Serverless360's out-of-the-box operational capabilities. With Serverless360 our team could safely transfer the less valued support task to the L1 support person and free up the skilled Azure resource to focus on business development. The team can foresee and fix issues before they adversely impact the business
