One of the scenarios that I experienced hence why I would recommend my colleague's to use Seismic Learning is that this very platform honed my skills in which affected my day to day process basis on the relevant workload that I'm doing at my work. Seismic Learning does pretty well on reminding you about your previous lessons and tasks.

Lessonly has been used across the whole organization for learning and training purposes. Because of its easy to use interface combined with many customization options it was our to go choice for all kinds of onboardings, trainings, uptrainings and coachings. By using Lessonly, we have improved not only the project I was working on, but overall company success by increasing knowledge and awareness of the specific tasks we were handling together with great feedback from employees about the site.
Pros
Providing training
Onboarding
Raising procedural knowledge across the project
Knowledge tests
Cons
Increasing active users per month for a lesson/quiz
Making it more efficient with informing users when the limit is about to be breached for active users

If you are looking forward to having a great platform, especially in the Customer Support/Sales/Management industry, that requires no further knowledge about coding or creating back-end content for training, then Lessonly is your way to go! It already has a ton of preset features to make your tests, quizzes, or lessons easy to make, implement, and most importantly measure!
Lessonly is the most effective training software that we have ever used in our company. It is used by our teams to practice, develop skills, and share knowledge. Lessonly solves our training learning needs because it is easy to use and cost-friendly. I enjoy using "Build" (a training module) because it is simple.
Pros
Helps our team to find answers to various questions
Helps our team to practice
Helps our teams to learn new skills
Helps our teams to share knowledge
Cons
Lessonly has been an incredible tool. Therefore, I think it is a complete tool the way it is.
Likelihood to Recommend
Lessonly is suited for helping our teams to learn new skills. It also gives our teams an opportunity to revisit courses and practice, which improves their skills and capabilities. With Lessonly, our teams are also able to share knowledge with their colleagues. It is an impressive software that everyone should consider.
It started with one departments, but has expanded to five or six. It's primarily for internal training and sales enablement - staff needs training on our product, market, processes, sales methodologies and tools when hired, and they also need to be updated frequently. We use Lessonly for most of these needs - occasionally we just provide a document, but if we need people to ingest information in a specific order, if we need to quiz them, if we need to track what they've learned when, we use Lessonly.
Pros
Extremely easy to learn - so we can allow HR to build their own trainings, engineering to build theirs, etc. with very little training.
Extremely easy to edit - so we can make changes on the fly.
Cons
API should include more comprehensive data.
I'd like more sophisticated tracking of the learning program (they are working on this now).
Likelihood to Recommend
Great for: 1. Creating quick, simple training that may need changes. 2. Embedding videos, audio, documents, images. 3. Tracking who has done what. 4. Quick assessments.
Like any LMS, the efficacy of Lessonly depends on the quality of content added - garbage in, garbage out.
We train our agents with Lessonly. We set up different pieces of training for them to work through to gain knowledge on the services we do.
Pros
Enough space for creativity.
Helps to engage the agents when learning new tasks.
Cons
Would like more of an ability to track whether or not someone has performed the training.
Would like to see more scheduling options to keep sending it until the lesson is done.
Likelihood to Recommend
Lessonly is great if you have to teach a ton of information. It is nice for training if you break it down. The problem is that you can get wrapped up in giving too much detail and Lessonly not giving you so much of a limit when crafting lessons.

We use Lessonly to train our frontline sales and service teams each week on topics they need to know about, such as new product launches, promotions, and other initiatives. Lessonly has been very helpful in ensuring our frontline teams receive consistent information. They are able to take lessons at their own pace, but their leaders can monitor progress, completions, and understanding.
Pros
Their customer service is amazing! We have someone dedicated to our account, and she is quick to respond to any question, no matter how big or small.
They do a great job of engaging their client base to ask for feedback. They have a client advisory board to collect feedback formally but are always open to informal feedback as well.
Cons
Any platform change we'd like usually impacts all their clients. So sometimes it can be hard to advocate for a change unless other clients want it too.
This is specific to knowledge check questions, but I'd love to more easily see the data related to those. Other question types have great reporting, but not knowledge checks.

Lessonly is a great company, who made a platform that's easy for everyone to use, content creators, managers, and learners. It's well suited for anyone who wants to enhance their training and communications programs. I'm really not sure I see a scenario where it's not appropriate. It's useful for onboarding, continuous learning, or just communications. If a company only has a few employees, it's probably not a good investment. But for small businesses that are growing or larger organizations, it's a great tool!
We are currently using it for our customer service team only, with hopes of implementing it to a larger group. We have started using it for new hire training, but the primary one so far has been pushing out product updates and announcements for customer service agents. This addresses the problem of pulling agents off the phone in order to get training and allows them quick access to previous learnings.
Pros
Product Updates
Customer Service Softskills
Cons
More interactive/interactions
More audio capabilities
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for quick information such as product updates and new product rollouts. Less appropriate for full hands-on learning where there is not a demo/test environment, and you're using live data.

Manager in Customer Service (5001-10,000 employees)
I selected Lessonly to be the LMS for my division, KellyConnect. We use it currently to support one client of 6000 employees. We plan to expand in the future to other clients.
It provides us a tool to create and store learning content, as well as easy reporting.
Pros
User interface is extremely simple and engaging.
Listen to feedback and implement changes quickly.
Cons
Gamification (leader boards/points for completion or scores).
Badges/certification (which is on its way).
Likelihood to Recommend
Lessonly has been an excellent fit for my division. I have loved my interactions with all employees on their team. Their company values match our own. They are flexible and agile, and perfectly suited for our learning management needs now and in the future.
Lessonly is being used across our entire company as a way to streamline training. There's training material that goes out to employees based on their role in the company to specify and target their needs. There is also very broad, general training material that goes out when all employees need eyes on it. It's been great to have a single source to go to for training purposes—especially because we can go back and search for/review previous training.
Pros
Gives feedback to the content writer at the end.
Updates employees when they have a new training and when it's due.
Cons
Can't think of anything right now.

Lessonly is well suited to be able to track progress for your team. With manager access, you can see if someone is overdue, what their scores are, and also reassign training if necessary.
Our business needed to find a collaborative peer-to-peer application to keep content relevant and current for sales and drive productivity and effectiveness. Lessonly meet all of our criteria and even exceeds expectations on the customer experience and platform development ideas. We work in concert to innovate functionality and build engaging learning one lesson at a time.
Pros
Peer-to-Peer Collaboration and sharing success stories
Allows people to effectively practice their sales skills to drive better business results
Cons
More up-front awareness on implementing -- a roadmap to success
Exporting lessons and paths
Likelihood to Recommend
Lessonly works extremely well for just-in-time micro-learning and on-boarding training.
