SeekOut is well-suited for recruiters/sources who do not have access to the LinkedIn Recruiter. SeekOut has a great search function, much like LinkedIn, but there is little upside to using SeekOut over the LinkedIn Recruiter.
We use SeekOut to source top Talent in our target markets. We are also able to use SeekOut for TAMs to use in our business cases with hiring managers. Finally, we use SeekOut to search to diverse candidates.

I used SeekOut to provide a hiring leader and their management with TAM data that we used to expand our search efforts out of just the areas they were originally looking.
We used it for recruiting and staffing sourcing needs, mainly for engineering roles. We had a lot of openings at the Senior, Staff, and Principal Engineer levels that we needed to fill. We also started changing our scope of work from generalist engineers to specialist engineers, which required more sourcing methods.

It's well-suited for sourcing teams, but for full desk recruiters, it can improve, and I would love to see some more AI functionality, where candidates are preselected for certain roles. We didn't get much functionality from the tool for our specialist engineering roles, but SeekOut is good at generalist searching.

Seekout is a great tool with useful analytics for any TA org. The search results it provides for candidates outside of the US are not as good as on other tools, this is a downside when it comes to volume hiring where you need large numbers of candidates to contact.

We are working on hiring external candidates, SeekOut can be a great tool to work with when we leverage LinkedIn. The plug-ins work well with our ATS and LinkedIn and there are diversity sourcing capabilities within SeekOut as well. Comparing it to other sourcing tools, we are able to see success and wins across the board for recruiting.

I haven't used it a ton but it works well and it is very easy to use. The diversity sourcing components are also a nice touch and better than most.
We use SeekOut to diversify our sourcing efforts. It allows us to filter and target specific skills beyond what LinkedIn Recruiter allows which has been super helpful for our organization. SeekOut is also not limited to only those who have a LinkedIn account as it pulls candidates from multiple places allowing you to see more prospects.

SeekOut has been a great tool to target a specific skillset or background. It also links to a potential candidate's LinkedIn Profile and/or Github if you want to see more about them. This has helped us to see a more holistic view of our prospects. It provides great variety in sourcing and helps you see new candidates.
We started a new project in Bogota, Colombia, and struggled to find professional talent. We were able to meet with our account rep, and he was able to assist us with boolean searches on SeekOut, and our search efforts to find candidates improved by using the tool.

SeekOut has been extremely useful for diversity sourcing and hiring. We were able to spend less time on finding and reaching out to females in order to increase our diversity pipeline and successfully hire a female leader in the sales department

SeekOut is very useful when you focus on DEI goals for hiring as it brings up candidates that would otherwise be difficult to find on LinkedIn directly, and it also allows you to reduce time required to identify and reach out to candidates, ultimately improving speed of hiring
Sourcing, focussed on tech talent (software, product, design); across a number of markets (EMEA, AMER, APAC). We were hoping for the tool to help with diversity sourcing and helping us to discover hidden gems. Sadly, the tool seems not to be GDPR compliant and we cannot risk leveraging it in Europe. Search results / diversity filters (although they do seem fancy), don't really bring any special results. Skilled tech scouts + traditional tools (e.g. LinkedIn recruiter) will bring similar results without spending so much money on SeekOut
