What is RSVPify?

RSVPify in Chicago offers is an event registration and ticketing platform, which the vendor states drives millions of events for companies, couples, non-profits, and event planners around the globe. It enables users to create custom online RSVPs, and restrict respondents to a guest list, add invite-only Secondary Events, collect detailed information with custom questions, embed RSVPify on a 3rd-party website, create seating charts, and customize a guest's RSVP experience with settings and design options.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RSVPify is one of the most robust event management software on the market for a very reasonable price. I've used it for many business and marketing events - some that were open to anyone to RSVP and others where the person who RSVPs has to be on the list.

Pros

  • Very easy to set-up an event webpage.
  • Advanced features in regards to having open or closed RSVPs.
  • Very affordable.

Cons

  • Their admin user interface is a little clunky and could be updated.
  • I wish there were more webpage templates.

Return on Investment

  • RSVPify is about 10x cheaper than other event softwares that have the same features.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RSVPify is a very useful tool when creating and hosting events that you want anyone to RSVP for. It solves not only the RSVP head count scope, but it also provides the opportunity to gather customers information, preferences for the event, a simple way to contact guests, and a way to have all of your communication customized to your business aesthetic.

Pros

  • makes the process simple
  • gives an array of options to customize with
  • makes the site versatile for different events/businesses
  • makes the guests user experience easy

Cons

  • it could be more affordable for free events, especially if you only use minimally
  • they could add a credit card processing platform so you don't have to integrate
  • not much else at the moment!

  • the ability to keep track of guests and their preferences
  • the ability to check guests in and keep track at the event

Return on Investment

  • for events that bring in money, it helps us stay organized and therefore bring in more guests
  • for free events, it still helps us but only costs us to use
  • it helps our businesses reach more people by tracking guests across events
  • it helps guests feel more included and accommodated and further support us
