Rocketlane is useful tool to manage both in-house enterprise projects plus customer onboarding projects; We were looking for the user friendly project management tool which can be easily managed, plus help project managers to reduce their time on project management related activities and follow-up on pending tasks, resource allocation and task assignment. Rocketlane is supporting us to manage projects efficiently and effectively thanks to Rocketlane tool we can able to save approx. 80-85% time of project managers to manage projects. The best thing about Rocketlane to date (having used it for about four months now) is the responsiveness of their tech support. They have made updates to the product itself in response to my requests. They also respond with detailed steps to solutions.Our customers have visibility on what is going to happen once they buy our platform and they are updated every week on their progress.I find timesheets as the best feature of rocket lane. I am able to track the time that I spend on each of the project and can figure out which projects/tasks take most of my time in order to prioritize and manage my work.Easy to create task and manage our timeline on different projects so eventually help increase productivity and also the client can track at which stage project is particularly at.

We had an Excel spreadsheet managing our projects, which was clunky and cumbersome to manage and update. Internally, this puts the team on the same implementation plan to standardize the client experience and also gives management and internal stakeholders visibility into where we are stuck.
There are also metrics to help us unlock insights into which areas we are taking the longest, so we can work to streamline and adjust our implementation process.
