The machine learning algorithm takes into account multiple factors like customer, payment and order details, data about device, network, and linked orders. Our chargeback has dropped significantly since we started using them. Even when the chargeback happens it is fully covered by Riskified.

Fraud prevention is one of the most difficult things to handle when you run an eCommerce, and it becomes an issue when the company you work in runs multiple eCommerce at the same time. To solve this (complicated) problem, we decided to implement Riskified as a fraud prevention solution, and we were happy with the result we achieved.
