Ring.io is a quality product with great value
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Ring.io as our phone support for our sales team members. It links very well with Zoho and with the price point it is hard to beat. The functionality surrounding the integration allows for our users to have the flexibility to capture conversations in Ring.io which transfer directly into Zoho. Ring.io does allow for custom migration of particular data points as well.

- We have run into some issues with outages due to their upstream partner
- Adding the capability to make adjustment's to the GUI interface
