Recruitee is an automated ATS that helps for hiring globally remote positions, senior and junior. The easy to use and customisable hiring board allows you to easily see all candidates at each stage in your process and easily move them to different stages with automations triggering different stages. Candidates can also be auto rejected based on customized criteria

Likelihood to Recommend

Best for having various hiring processes at once with multiple interviewers who will be conducting interviews and assessments, who can adapt quickly and not need an over complicated training process to do hiring. Not ideal for companies with inflexible processes who want everything constantly uniformed without any changes in needs

Recruitee has been an amazing ATS for Groome! we have seen a tremendous increase in hiring. Great tool for any company from small size to larger. The company size is growing as there were 2 new acquisitions, more roles to fill and so on. This company was hiring without an ATS, and it was becoming hard to keep up the progress. With Recruitee we have been able to manage data, analytics, and provide reports. Since the moment we started using this system, things got better.

Pros

  • Keeping track of candidates, each candidate has their profile which helps to keep track of their information.
  • Social media, we can share the jobs at any social media platform.
  • Integrations are awesome! I have partnered with other systems that have helped in my recruiting.

Cons

  • I would say the text feature would help us tremendously. They have been working on it for while and haven't heard anything yet.
  • I would say the reporting is quite difficult to understand but does the job.
  • Working on the website was difficult in the beginning, but its okay!

Recruitee is such a modern and convenient software for any company. I love how easy it is to use it. Also, their customer service and support team is outstanding. From the moment I joined, I have received help all the way! Recruitee is such a great ATS software that is very competitive. I have used other systems, but this system has been the best one so far. They are always launching new things and I love it! Renovating, always accepting feedback and helping their customers is the number #1 thing I would say they stand for!

Recruitee is a must for all recruiters. It will change your life!

Recruitee is our main Talent Acquisition Management Platform and CRM. We use it to manage the talent pipeline that applies to the different positions we offer and even post some of these positions across different job boards. we mainly use the platform to manage the candidate's lifecycle from application to offer. We use kanban boards, scheduler links, templates, and other features to guarantee a smooth and transparent process for all candidates and make it easier for all team members involved in the process from recruiters, to leaders, hiring managers and others.

Recruitee does an excellent job at making recruitment easy for all. It has several features and customizable ones that complete a 360 platform to guarantee a smooth recruitment process for all. Internally and externally.

Using kanban boards has been an eye-opening experience and recruitee has that in a way that is easy for everyone to follow.

Recruitee is a fantastic product that will help simplify candidate tracking!

I use Recruitee as an ATS to keep track of the candidates that applied for the many positions we post on behalf of our clients. It allows me to have a very organized, stress-free way to keep all the candidates in one place and saves me invaluable time by providing email templates, a scheduling calendar, and the ability to keep all my notes regarding the open req and candidate in one easy place.

Pros

  • Seamless integration with job boards
  • Outstanding Customer Service

Cons

  • As a third-party Recruiter, I have to continue our paid subscriptions with the job boards in addition to the Recruitee monthly fee. This isn't a fault of Recruitee and certainly isn't a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.

Recruitee can be well suited for all organizations but third party Recruiters will have to be mindful of the overall cost

Altius Search Group is an Executive Recruiting Firm that specializes in Financial Services Recruitment. We use Recruitee as our applicant tracking system. Great software for tracking our candidate activity!

Pros

  • Very good resource for managing our job positing on multiple job sites
  • Excellent platform to track our notes and recruiting activity
  • Excellent platform for tracking email dialogue and documents

Cons

  • I would like to have more job folders without increasing the monthly expense
  • It could have a specific field for Companies, this would be great for recruiting firms

It was used as the main database for our candidates in our whole organization. It addresses the control of the information and also the easy accessibility of the data. The extraction of data using API is a little tricky, but once you manage to understand it (they also have a great API library) you can easily manage to export a large amount of data.

  • One thing that could absolutely change the way of using recruitee should be changing the candidate layout accordingly to the job offer.
  • The tracking of the time the candidate spends in the stage he is on.
  • Better tracking record of when the candidate entered the job offer.

I used to work in a recruitment agency and in some cases, using Recruitee was not the best option, because of much particular information that is needed in that kind of work. But still, it was a great platform to use. In the case of big companies, that have different HR cores, using Recruitee definitely is a game-changer for inside communication and an easy implementation process.

Recruitee is the cloud based application we are using for recruitment related activities in our organisations. This application is easy to use and covers the complete recruitment business cycle.

Cons

  • Background check to be improvised
  • Adaptability to integrate with HR software
  • Vacancies approval workflow is missing

Likelihood to Recommend

Posting on internal and external sites works pretty well and [is] well received by the candidates and internal employees.

However, there is need of vacancies approval to record hiring manager for respective vacancy. This will ensure that only budgeted vacancy is only being posted . This feature would be a great help and would facilitate auditing as well.
