I process payroll weekly. I pay bills weekly. It allows for quick and easy accounts receivable. The taxes are figured for you as well as sales tax. This all is a time savor and have never known of it to be incorrect. It is very user friendly. I run monthly reports each month and it is easy to follow, and I like the drill down feature.

I use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise to record revenue, recognize receipts and complete bank deposits, record and pay bills, and generate financial statements & reporting for tax return preparation. One issue I deal with is pulling revenue transactions from a Microsoft Access database into QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. This issue is resolved by utilizing a third-party vendor.

We used QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for paying our vendors, bank reconciliations, and budgeting. We utilize the budgeting for our board meetings and present financial reports to the board. It is exceptional because it can easily be exported to Excel and modified to show the data needed.

We also used it for payroll for a long time, until our database got too large and we had to move to a different platform (weekly payroll for 200 employees). The ease of creating and customize reporting has been a great way for us to track and communicate with teams
