Our entire organization uses Proofpoint to monitor, capture and protect information transmitted through email. We deal with a great deal of protected information and the ease of use with proofpoint is fantastic for ensuring that information is transmitted in an appropriate manner. Additionally it does a great job of reducing email volume and capturing junk before it hits our inboxes. We are constantly spammed and it has really helped reduce the time dedicated to just maintaining a clean inbox.

- Email encryption - ease of use for both sender and receiver
- Capturing junk mail - easy to review "quarantined" emails each day and reduces junk in inbox
- Notification that email has been delivered secure
Cons
- Continue to improve on the receiving side when the message is delivered through the system
