ProofHub has many features that I like, but the best one is that it is an all-in-one work management and collaboration solution. You can find all of the tools you need in one place, like Kanban, Gantt charts, and so on. ProofHub has made our lives simpler since, with its proofing tool, we can now verify and review documents and files in real-time.

Cons

Mobile version is not so great compare to desktop version
Customer support is not so supportive

The tool provides you with everything you need to gain greater control over your projects and teams without having to jump between applications. It is fairly priced and has advanced features. It helps me by providing a single location for communication with my team and customers.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Proofhub helps me easily connect with my clients, without having to reach to them personally or over a skype call or otherwise. There’s just one tool to do everything, share with concerned people, ask for approvals and receive feedback directly on the files, itself.

Pros

There is just one tool and everybody gets added in to it, without having to sync different tools together.

Cons

Proofhub can improve a bit in areas of helping people customize their accounts a bit more. That makes managing work even more easier, when you have things just the way you want them to be.

Proofhub does particularly well in areas like collaborating and time tracking. It helps people collaborate easily.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have so many different departments working within our agency. From the designers to the client servicing, copywriters, marketing, accounts and digital advertising there are quite some departments, and many people working under each one of them. With Proofhub, we are able to communicate and collaborate effectively with each department to get things done together.

Across all departments, as it is the best way to collaborate quickly and get work done faster. No more syncing different tools to get relevant information from the other department. Simply add people in the project, and save all files in one place to share them with others. The foremost is to be able to collaborate effectively, without wasting time and efforts. Second is to share all important files with each other in one central location, without having to look for the person each time or sharing files through outdated mediums of pen drives.

Other, than that it has almost everything, and indeed even more than what is required to help users manage each task and projects efficiently.

For this there has to be complete sync between the design and copywriting department. Earlier, this lead to a lot of goofups due to non-availability of one central medium for collaboration.
