Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Thanks to ProofHub tools the company: - neutralized long timings on "task-manager-result" processes, - structured communication between departments, - established communication on "client-manager-company" tasks, - improved business processes.

Pros

Creating department-specific topics
Assigning persons responsible for each topic
Synchronization of communication between company staff regardless of their location
Creating announcements, notifications for departments, staff members

Likelihood to Recommend

Our company really enjoys the fact that with ProofHub all communication within departments takes place in one information environment! It is also worth noting that it is possible to regulate access to a certain topic to a certain circle of people, i.e. the problem of solving a certain issue may concern certain people, but not others. This is extremely important for us, as it is a quick solution to issues, tasks, structuring communication between all departments, they are aware of what is going on.

ProofHub has many features that I like, but the best one is that it is an all-in-one work management and collaboration solution. You can find all of the tools you need in one place, like Kanban, Gantt charts, and so on. ProofHub has made our lives simpler since, with its proofing tool, we can now verify and review documents and files in real-time.

Cons

Mobile version is not so great compare to desktop version
Customer support is not so supportive

The tool provides you with everything you need to gain greater control over your projects and teams without having to jump between applications. It is fairly priced and has advanced features. It helps me by providing a single location for communication with my team and customers.

We tried to implement ProofHub for our Marketing and Communication departments to centralize all incoming requests, event calendars and asset production. We were hoping to replace our current platform and save some money while maintaining our same functionality and services. We needed it to provide request forms for clients, project management, and a proof review/approval process.

Pros

Pretty easy to get up and running with projects and tasks.
Great pricing model.
Generous trial period.

Cons

Clunky user interface.
Forms were not easy to set up.
Proofing functionality was extremely limited.

Likelihood to Recommend

For small teams or a freelancer needing to receive work via forms and submit assets for simple yes/no approvals, it may be a great fit. It was just too lacking in the forms and proofing department for what we needed. There was also a lot of workarounds we were going to have to implement to try and achieve our desired workflow.

ProofHub is used in our company for the Marketing, Sales and Communication department. The R&D department also uses the program as well. This program has helped us with project separation, presenting information and task management.

Pros

The obvious, proofing! We need something in-house that can do this instead of hiring one person for this job. Each person on our marketing team knows how to use it.
Organizes team projects in a friendly way.

Cons

Too many notifications.
Some of my messages disappear so I don't know if this is a bug or not!

Likelihood to Recommend

We do a lot of campaign tracking so this helps everyone on our team make sure that all of the small details are ready for a product launch. Less appropriate: It only integrates with a few programs.

We have so many different departments working within our agency. From the designers to the client servicing, copywriters, marketing, accounts and digital advertising there are quite some departments, and many people working under each one of them. With Proofhub, we are able to communicate and collaborate effectively with each department to get things done together.

Across all departments, as it is the best way to collaborate quickly and get work done faster. No more syncing different tools to get relevant information from the other department. Simply add people in the project, and save all files in one place to share them with others. The foremost is to be able to collaborate effectively, without wasting time and efforts. Second is to share all important files with each other in one central location, without having to look for the person each time or sharing files through outdated mediums of pen drives.

Pros

Other, than that it has almost everything, and indeed even more than what is required to help users manage each task and projects efficiently.

We simply love the way Proofhub helps us stay more organized and planned. The most unique thing about Proofhub is that it never gets in the way of our bigger goals and lets us get on with the important elements - the business. With one central place to stock everything, the various departments have an instant 'brain dump' site for their team members to quickly see what all is going on and access relevant resources and files.

Pros

The fact that we can directly drag n drop files from Google drive or Dropbox to our Proofhub works great.
Also, with so much going on at the same time, the simplicity of this tool really helps us in spending less time managing work and more time doing it.
With the option to set up a custom domain and keep things private, we feel reassured that we don't have to compromise on our privacy or security while storing all our data in an external tool.

Cons

Well, we are insatiable users, and keep wanting more and more. However, the team at Proofhub itself is always up on breaking the norms and bringing something new every now and then. So, that goes without saying that they would keep re-inventing and improving things with time.

Proofhub is the best project management and collaboration tool we have ever come across. We totally love it and just can’t imagine handling work now without it. We give it a total 10 on 10, and recommend it to anybody who's ready to make their business more organized, efficient and manageable.
