Pros
- I like that I can share a view of the entire roadmap, making it easier to read and also showing the trajectory of a project without having to access the platform.
- The customization of the roadmap is extremely simple, being able to choose between colors and fonts to differentiate each work task within a project.
- I like that I can work with several route sheets at the same time, allowing you to have a great simultaneous work and thus speed up the work process.
- The view of the platform is very simple and attractive, which helps to make it easier to monitor the work being done.
Cons
- It is a little short of tutorials, I know that the platform is very easy to use but sometimes there are little things that I had not understood.
- The output of the route sheets is very limited, I would prefer that this could be customized.
- There are times that there is a little space between the bars of the roadmap, I would like this to be automatically coupled and thus have no errors between dates or time when a task will be performed after completing another.
Return on Investment
- The workflow has changed dramatically, a big change has been noticed in how you can manage multiple projects with extensive tasks without the need for such complex paperwork to make everything more confusing.
- It has been possible to meet the objectives in a short period of time since thanks to ProductPlan it allows working collaboratively, keeping everything planned on a single platform and thus being able to complete without delay.
- The most efficient and effective staff have been noticed with the implementation of ProductPlan within the company, this generating more income in less time and effectively since a good organization allows you to get on the right track.
