Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ProcessMaker is used to run various applications in our organization. With the goal of cutting cost, our organization has moved over 15 applications that we use to patronize from third-party's to the platform. We have now created Document management, Reimbursement , Vendor Contract Management and many other applications on the platform

Pros

It handles libraries very well. you can input various libraries during the development of a process
ProcessMaker runs scripts efficiently and the error codes are very clear to understand
Onboarding a process is not too cumbersome

Cons

Needs to improve with Integrations with other applications
Improve on resource consumption

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for running simple programs that manages day to day task. If you are looking to integrate other applications or OEMs , it is not that efficient.
