We use Vasion Print as a Print Management service for locations spanning multiple states and regions. This is especially helpful in the setup, maintaining and troubleshooting printer issues. I especially love that users can add printers across the organization if they travel to another location all with an interface that is understandable for the everyday user.

Vasion Print works well for mid to large size organizations who manage print in multiple sites. The initial setup may a little involved, but once set up it is a great tool to work with all printers in one platform. It is easy to add and remove printers and allows users to add the printers they need from wherever they are in the organization.

We have been using Vasion Print for over a year and enjoy the ability to set printers based on location (IP). It has been a game changer for us based on lack of IT resources at 28 different sites. that being said, it has been a resourceful tool to quickly install printers

We use Vasion Print to support about 40 printers among 11 locations used by 500 employees. It has centralized our print administration and made it much easier to deploy driver updates and policy changes/configurations. It has been a great investment in print management. The ease of deploying printers by department/location has been a major time-saver.

A distributed area or locations with multiple devices call for VasionPrint. Smaller installations might not need the functionality.

We chose Vasion Print primarily to improve our methods for assigning MFPs (roughly 25) in different locations (15), to staff members (500+). The assignment by AD OU, or by individual or security group has made that process much more efficient. Since rollout, we have found that the profiling and printing controls have added even more utility. With less or no reliance on file & print satellite servers, I have decreased costs to the point that Vasion Print has more than paid for itself. Some minor problems here and there, but nothing we haven't been able to resolve. Absolutely recommend the product.
